KANJI TREK

Overview

The trek starts from kanji (160kms from leh). Deviating from NH1, you enter a big canyon before reaching kanji village. The trek takes you to the highlands of kanji where the shepherds stay. The trek has some high passes of around 5000mts. and provides stunning landscapes, colourful mountains and peaceful camp sites. The trek is ideal for breath taking pictures. The golden mountains are unique to this trek.
